Manufacturing and Human Development Initiatives

Efforts to Prevent Spread of the COVID-19

  • Recorded temperature checks are mandatory for all employees to ensure thorough management their daily physical condition.
  • All employees are required to wear masks and thoroughly disinfect their hands.
  • To prevent droplet infection, clear acrylic partitions are installed in locations where individuals meet in offices, reception rooms, and meeting rooms.
  • To maintain proper air circulation in offices, windows must be opened four times a day—twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon—to ensure adequate ventilation.
  • To avoid congestion among cafeteria users, lunch break hours have been changed, with cafeteria dining shifts changing from the usual two times to four. Additionally, the cafeteria has designated seats for employees in order to avoid gatherings there.

〈Human Resource Development Policy〉

Company Policies and Conditions Shared by All Employees

We are working to ensure that each and every employee thoroughly understands the company's way of thinking, our current status, and the direction in which we are headed. Rather than being pressured by the work in front of us, we strive to be a company with superior abilities in devising proposals, whereby individuals approach their work with a broad perspective and an awareness of the issues.

Opportunities to Foster Abilities and Motivation

We cannot improve skills and quality without each individual employee possessing motivation and a sense of challenge. Therefore, the company provides employees with a variety of opportunities to enhance their awareness and abilities, creating a corporate culture in which we all learn, think, take on challenges, and work hard together.

Training at Every Level

We conduct training sessions for employees at each stage of their careers, such as when joining the company, coming up for promotion, and moving up through each level in management, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their respective roles.

Education Scholarship System

To assist employees in improving their talents and abilities, we provide educational opportunities that can be expected to have an effect on their job performance, with full or partial support for the costs.
